All orders placed by you via the website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. Placing online orders means that you accept the Terms&Conditions and therefore, please read them carefully. We do not accept conflicting terms and conditions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

1.The merchandise offered under claudiacastrase.com is presented on the Website in the format of digital photographs of existing merchandise. Minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise. We made every effort to display the products in their original colors. However, as each screen can have different settings, it is possible to see colors slightly different from the original.
2.Please note that merchandise presented on the claudiacastrase.com Website may no longer be available at the time of the customer’s visit to the Website and that the respective prices may have changed . All prices are listed in Euro and RON incl. VAT. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs (which will be notified to you separately).
No extra shipping cost will be charged if not specified otherwise. The online paid transactions will be charged in EUR or RON, as specified on the website at checkout. The prices in RON are available only for payments and deliveries in Romania. The prices and payments in EUR are valid for deliveries in the countries specified on the website, except Romania.
3. Conclusion of contract
A contract between you and claudiacastrase.com shall come into effect by sending the order form provided on our website to us. By submitting the ordering form provided on our website, you make a binding offer to us to conclude the contract. You finalize the order by entering all information during the order process and sending the order form to us by clicking on the “submit order” button.The contract between you and claudiacastrase.com is not entered into until we send the ordered merchandise to you.
4.claudiacastrase.com is entitled to reject orders without indicating any reasons, in particular if there is well-founded suspicion that the merchandise purchased via the internet is to be sold to third parties commercially. If an order is rejected, the person who has submitted the order will be informed in written and, if she has already paid by card or bank transfer, the amount will be fully refunded.
You will receive the order confirmation with all given data by email which may be printed out.
3. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
1.claudiacastrase.com offers shipping worldwide. Some large volume products may imply additional shipping rates, that you’ll be notified about during the ordering process. It is possible to calculate your Country shipping costs in the Shopping Bag page and change the Country of delivery at Checkout. Please note that the exact shipping costs will be applied to your order at checkout.
Claudia Castrase offers Free Express Delivery with Fan Curier. The package will be brought to your door. You will be contacted by the courier by phone in the morning of the delivery.
Claudia Castrase offers Standard Delivery or Express Delivery. The package will be brought to your door. Only in case the courier doesn’t find you at the address indicated, you will receive a notice, and you will have to pick up the package from the Post Office.

Claudia Castrase offers Standard Delivery with Express Mail Service.
The package will be brought to your door. Only in case the courier doesn’t find you at the address indicated, you will receive a notice, and you will have to pick up the package from the Post Office.

2.The articles are not available on immediate stock, they are custom made individually for each of our online customers.
That’s why it takes 5 – 10 working days for us to create them in our atelier. Please add 1-10 working days for shipping and estimate your shipping date according to this information.
The time of delivery is mentioned in number of working days and is specified for each product. The days start counting the next working day after the confirmation of the order by email or by phone for the orders with cash on delivery or payment by bank transfer. For the orders with valid online payment, the days start counting the next working day after the order has been placed. The customer will accept the order if the timing is shorter that mentioned on the website.
3. The delivery period to countries that impose customs duty is 2 to 10 business days. Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as Romanian VAT. Please note that custom taxes, duties and handling fees for each individual country will be applied and invoiced separately through . 4.RIGHT TO RETURN
You may return merchandise that you have received without indicating any reasons within 14 days by sending the merchandise back. The time limit starts running one day after the day on which you have received the merchandise.
Returns will be accepted for consideration only when we receive them in the given time limit which means that you must ship it out on time. Return shipments will be at your cost and risk. In case of a valid return, the mutually received benefits are to be returned and eventually drawn profits (e.g. profits drawn from the use of the merchandise) are to be returned. In case that the merchandise has deteriorated, a compensation regarding the value may be claimed. This does not apply in case where the deterioration of the merchandise exclusively results from its inspection as it would have been possible for you in a shop. You can avoid the obligation to compensate the value by refraining from acts that might affect its value.
Please note that returns can only be accepted from the original shipping country.
All costs will be charged to your card or bank account. In case of a return, the card or bank will be credited. Please note however that any loses incurred due to changes in the exchange rate will not be credited.
